Barrow Celtic Juniors Football Club becomes a Registered Charity

This morning, the secretary was notified by the Charities Commission that the clubs application to become a registered charity has been approved.

Being a registered charity gives a number of benefits to the club including the ability to apply for grants and easier fundraising opportunities.

The club will be added to the Register of Charities within the next few days and our assigned charities number isĀ 1174324.

Since becoming a charity back in May, the club has already made big strides and changes. Obtaining registered status allows the board to move ahead with some of their other plans to continuing improving your football club.

The board wish to take this opportunity to thank all players, parents, coaches and volunteers for their continued support and we are all looking forward to taking the club further together.
